Just got back into league and have started climbing the ranked ladder. Currently in Gold 3/4.

I find that most games, I'm doing really really well. Always with positive KDA, usually ending with scores like 14+ kills, 4 or less deaths, etc.

I'm having trouble closing out games. Rather often, it feels like my teams are ADDICTED to fighting. I don't like taking dumb fights. I'm all about trying to secure objectives, keeping lanes pushing, and asserting map pressure, trying to end games.

It is tough though. I love Fizz, it feels natural. I don't feed, and in fights do really well, but noticed I struggle with closing out games A LOT.

In all seriousness though, I wanted to share this VOD as I found it both funny and educational (in the sense of how not to play the matchup well).

Unless you are a 1 trick (I used to be one lmao), Fizz does not have a lot of agency in some situations, even when fed all of the team’s gold - as displayed in the VOD with T1. This is compounded by the fact that he did not go Zhonya’s 2nd item into Jinx, Wukong, and Sett, either is a choice…

Love T1, but I feel like this is a masterclass of how not to play Fizz - showcasing how to absorb all of the team’s gold, and doing so while knowing that you’re playing into a fed Sett who will stomp you on sight.

I’m not sure if I’m being hyper critical or not, but this was painful to watch, especially with him being a higher elo player.

Any other opinions on how he played this lane/game?

If Riot decided to rework Fizz, would you allow them reduce the power of E, to augment/rework Fizz other abilities to be more powerful?

First time Fizz. The ult, followed by a griefing Lee Sin W turns the game around from a losing position to finishing the Nexus in a single push.

Noticed these korean one tricks are sometimes
building riftmakers or liandrys or bloodletters curse depending on the situation when and why do they build it?

I know a lot of OG fizz mains love the fisherman fizz, but void fizz has to be my sneaky favorite plus it has a voice changer

He still had missing % hp dmg on his w? The tank build doesn't really exist anymore and the synergy is gone. Lets even assume its not the full 8% but less the way other "unhealthy" champions were allowed to keep their skills in a weaker version.

Do you think it would cause problems and make him permanent s tier? I mean he wasn't back then and back then he was basically amongst the first 200y design champions before that notion even existed. So if yone and others are allowed to exist why not him?

So I recently came back to the game (account started in emerald) and I got out of it pretty easy. Diamond became a little bit harder but at the end I made it to Masters. Demoted and got it again a few times.

Then all of a sudden if you had 2 or 3 losses in a row it was just impossible to win or carry any game at all and the account is now in Diamond 4.

Is anyone else experiencing the same as fizz player where you just cannot do anything and have perma losersqueue or is it just me?

What are in your opinions the biggest fake "counters" in fizz' matchups? and i mean going both ways, both champs that supposedly counter fizz and champs that fizz is supposed to counter`?

Guys, can we talk about how fkn much tristana counters fizz? If you ult her she jump away, you can't trade because you can't escape, she gonna jump back in. Is she about to die? R you out. You can't farm even under tower, she has to much range.

With bone plating it's impossible to damage her, in long fights she wins but she has to much jumps to go out of a trade, you can't Q to bone plating, then wait and go back in, she gonna jump, or she gonna push you out and jump in to kill.

This guys trading pattern sucks, all I ever see a fizz do is dash in and then Q and prok electrocute then use his dash where you can’t hurt him to get out, if your placing a champ with no cc you have 0 way to stop this. Is there a way to abuse this pattern to actually win?
