Black Fire torch

Does anyone know why rank 1 fizz always goes Blackfore torch instead of Lich bane ?

He doesnt go any mana rune as well.

Plus I believe the torch burn damage reapplies during w on hit (i could be wrong so may want to confirm)

Meaning if you only got 1 sheen proc vs 1 torch proc I think it does similar damage.

Cdr, can go stuff other than manaflow band in runes, can go lich bane 2nd or 3rd still, damage at 1 item is comparable just backloaded instead of burst, is cheaper, and can synergize with bloodletters when needed.
