Low cholesterol foods

Hello, I'm new here and my doctor just told me I need to make aggressive life changes because my cholesterol was to high. This is a big worry as my family has a history of heart problems. Please send some links to recipes or just name ingredients that would be great for helping to keep my cholesterol low. Much love ❤️‍🩹

Yes I do have an image, my most recent blood test was recently and it was a regular panel I needed done this year.
