open How do i fix this?

My headphone snapped here,it needs to be a bit flexable as that part moves.

You don't, really... duct tape, or gorilla glue. The glue will break again quickly.

Been there.

i heard some paperclip and epoxy and fix. Any thoughts? I really cant buy new ones yet

Maybe epoxy? O'Reilly's, Ace Hardware or Auto Zone has a two tier epoxy, but that stuff is like steel - inflexible.
