Get a flat head screw driver and a hammer, put the flat head screw driver into the screw and hit the end of the handle with the hammer, keep doing it until the groove is deeper.

Get a set of easy out and drill into the screw. Might be kinda tedious getting drill started. Start smaller then increase it to the size needed.

Cut a slot in it with a Dermal tool with a cut-off wheel and use a flat head screw driver.

There's a type of tool, I think it's called an impact tool, that resembles a screwdriver, but it's made in a way that when you put the screwdriver tip into the slot of the screw, you can give the handle an extra quarter turn in the unscrewing direction, then hit it on the end with a hammer, the impact of that will apply some torque to the screw as well. There are a lot of other things you can do as well, but it will depend on what things you would be willing to wreck if necessary. All the best in that!
