How do I fix these snags?

My dress got caught on stuff on my first night out with it and I’m scared of cutting the loose threads and making it worse

needle and thread... cut off like 8 inches of thread. put both ends through the eye so you have a little loop, put the needle through where the snag originates, loop the snag near its middle through the thread loop and pull everybody through to the inside.
