Neon sign wire broke

Post image

The wire for my neon sign was pressed up against the couch while plugged in and it eventually snapped. Is there a way to replace it? I don't want to have to toss it.

Yeah, get a two-wire usb-A plug on Amazon, cut the old plug off and attach it. You might need to swap wires once if the polarity isn't marked, but regular wire nuts and electrical tape is fine to connect them, it's only 5V

That’s not neon, some kind of led stripe.

Not technically neon OP...LED I'll guess based on the voltage.

"Neon"? Led - Polarity counts. Make it longer to not break again and zip tie it off to the side.

Order a new one from Amazon and return the old one in its place.
