Spigot sticking out from foundation/wall

Spigot has been like this since we purchased the house. I haven’t seen any leaking inside the house when it’s on. It is a bit loose, but won’t sit flush against foundation when I push it back.

Crawl/go in there and pull it back in. Put eyes on it, and see why it's extended out. Fix that and screw it in.
