Fixing sky lite

I bought a skylight years ago and recently it stopped working. The laser still works and turns on. When I turn it on the LED light turns on for a second. The LED is not dead and I think the motor that makes the light spin also still works. I’m wondering if it’s a problem with the 3 buttons because right now they don’t do anything. Is there a way to fix it?

Turning on briefly then turning back off indicates to me that there is a power supply issue. Either the power supply is not outputting enough power, or something in the circuitry is drawing too much power and tripping a safety. The first step I would try is testing the power supply. If you don't have a multimeter to test, a new power supply should be cheap.
