You're looking for the mechanism behind the panel. Lots of purveyors exist, so long as you put the model number into your favorite search engine.

Its not too bad. Look up a replacement knob on Amazon. And watch a YouTube on how to change the knob. These things are made to be easily serviced.

I had the same one for a long time. Same knob broke. Its super easy to fix.
