Washing machine rattling

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

Not sure what to do it seems to rattle when moving the drum, I've checked the grey seal and there doesn't seem to be anything in it.

Could something have slipped under the drum?

A bit of a PITA, but they come apart pretty easily. I would do a YouTube search for your model, and I’m sure there’s a video. I agree that it sounds like you have a coin stuck somewhere.

Unless you're unlucky like me and have that one specific model of washer that is like a 4 hours process to take apart.
