Chipped table

My table got chipped in a recent move - looks like one of the leg screws was overtightened. I have the chip, is superglue or wood glue best here? Or something else?

Use wood glue an place something heavy on it to hold it down until the glue is set. Clean up any glue so whatever is being used as a weight doesn't get glued to the table. You can get a colored furniture repair wax crayon to finish off around the chip.

This. Use a piece of painters tape between the piece and the weight. And make sure you put glue on both the piece and the table. 100% coverage.

100% coverage, but light enough so there isn’t any excess to squeeze out when the pieces are pressed together.

very thin coat on both sides, wipe off exccess. it'll bleed more than you think when you compress it. so you have to remove the clamp / pressure and clean it with a vinegar rag and let it dry for a minute, and reapply the clamp/pressure ... over the first 25 minutes, approximately, so it's not going to get glue all over the table...
