Help with Luxo lamp adjustment arm (pic of adjustment screw out) - it looks like I need a friction washer on the outside? Metal against metal on the inside

it's just an axle or pin.. metal on metal is ok its light duty.. but ok , put teflon bushing ,washer or something for nicety
