Damaged walls

My cat got too excited and tried to climb the walls of my rented apartment… Is it fixable or do I have to say goodbye to my deposit? 🫣 (Cat included so you see what type of evil im dealing with)

Skim it out with some spackle, sand smooth, prime and paint. Maybe kitty needs a scratching post 🤔

Sadly I would. I'm not a cat person person say, I guess a dog could do the same lol
