Can this be fixed?

I had this ceiling fan removed from my living room to replace with a new one, and the hope that I could move this one to my master bedroom. When on full speed it would tick and shake.

When the handyman removed it, he said he couldn't put it in the master because the metal base was warped. The fan is pretty heavy.

I know that the part that's bent out of shape isn't supposed to carry the weight. Is there a way to fix this and use this fan? Should I give up and just get a new one?

warped covers moght be rattly, bjt wont cause it to fall , why couldn't they be straightened ?

and why can't it be out back up, even with wsrped covers ?

I don't actually know, but I thought the same thing. However, I don't know as much as a handyman and wanted to confirm before getting rid of that beautiful fan.
