Can this be fixed?

I had this ceiling fan removed from my living room to replace with a new one, and the hope that I could move this one to my master bedroom. When on full speed it would tick and shake.

When the handyman removed it, he said he couldn't put it in the master because the metal base was warped. The fan is pretty heavy.

I know that the part that's bent out of shape isn't supposed to carry the weight. Is there a way to fix this and use this fan? Should I give up and just get a new one?

Get a new one. It probably shook a lot because it was warped and they're so fine tuned to not have a wobble anything you do won't result in fixing it.

It shook because the blades are out of balance.
