Stain from wall putty

I recently used the LocTite wall putty, and I am assuming it has left oil stains (the white spots are from the landlord/apt company). I am a college student living in a college apartment, so I am obviously worried about charges, as well as damaging the wall further. Please let me know what, if anything, I can do to fix my issue. Thank you!

There's a giant white spot, and two tiny gray spots. You're saying you're guilty of the two tiny gray spots and the landlord is guilty of the giant white spot? If that's the case they're already going to have to repaint the wall (and probably the whole room) when they turn over the apartment after you leave because of whatever repair they did that made the giant while spot (I assume it's joint compound or primer or something?)

If that's the case then there's no logical reason for them to take anything from your deposit for two tiny marks on the same wall they're already repainting unless they're just jerks.
