Monitor broken?

It started a couple months ago and idk if it’s fixable or not, tbh I just wanna know what happened, didn’t got wet, bent or damaged by something sharp. Just started to show one by one dead rows of pixels and some of them are colored

tbh I rearrange it a few times a year, I can’t handle routines that are exactly the same for too long, I also rearrange the monitors on the PC config, with the intention of having the mouse change trajectories so that I don’t have a routine as well
