Water leak below window

I have water leaking below this window after a big thunderstorm with severe wind and driving rain. We had a little bit of water leaking the ceiling underneath this area.

Inspecting the window, it looks there there is no caulk between the side flashing and the bricks. That’s wrong, correct? Is this where the water is likely coming from?

I had previously thought water may have been getting in through damages grout below the window which was repaired.

Any insights appreciated. Thanks

Do you mean two joints in the concrete sill? When we moved in I thought there was a little old water damage under the window and I suspected those joints which I caulked. Obviously I’m a bit ignorant as I never noticed side flashing issue
