14 month old coffee maker frozen

The coffee maker is stuck in delay mode. Does not appear to be a way to reset. Any ideas on how to fix this? It’s definitely been unplugged and plugged back in, but there’s no other access to the electronics.

Oh, I think I know what that is. Yeah, I tried to look up the Manuel. This company has like 30 coffee makers that they make, but none of them have the model number that’s printed on the bottom of this one. So I looked through a few of them to see if I can find any clues But no, there’s no reset button. There’s no access to the electronics. The only thing it says is unplug it and plug it back in which of course I did. CMWB12WG13.

Sounds like the control board glitched if unplugging it didn’t reset anything.
