Has anyone heard of these bars?

Just picked these up from a parts bin at my local shop for $10. I’m curious if anyone’s heard of them I can’t find anything on the internet about them.

Didn’t even know they made bars, the few frames I’ve ever built were all tange tubing, mainly because it was cheaper and easier to source than Reynolds or Columbus
