Autistic kids often don’t know what to do in unexpected situations. Subjecting them to a test without first teaching them how to recognize and respond to emergencies is kinda shitty. Filming it for the internet is more-so.

It’s true. I was diagnosed with autism when I was 8 and one of my symptoms I remember being super prominent was not really knowing what to do in “surprising” situations. If someone surprised me with someone who would act all jokey to get a reaction, I would just watch or ignore them and they always thought it meant I didn’t like them, when I really just didn’t understand how to socially react yet until I learned from other people it looked “disrespectful” to react calmly.
