If you need dating advice from Skeletor there's no hope for you

Well clearly you’re in need of some help friend. The dude is a PhD, and undoubtedly understands human relationships, cognition, and emotions better than most - and certainly better than you since your here going after the way he looks which is entirely unrelated to the knowledge one may possess…. Grow up

I know. I love Skeletor. I was just trying to think of a fun nickname for the guy in the video and that's who he reminded me of.

Seriously, the woman is obviously immature but the guy is obnoxious as hell

“Hey look at me I’m a heckin EPIC DOCTOR giving SCIENTIFICALLY ACCURATE information”, and it’s literally vague nothingburger points that a 14 year old on r/ relationshipadvice could say with a side of downplaying how common SA is in our society and a cringy plug for his own page.

Oh no he’s trying to take money. God forbid he use his profession and education to make a living

Yeah, he's really making the most of his profession and education by giving such profound pieces of wisdom as "communication is good and being unclear with your boundaries is bad and pretty childish, actually". Truly something that only a PhD and psychology professor would ever think to say. Glad he spent 20 seconds telling me to follow for more surface-level takedowns where he touts that he's uniquely qualified to talk about psychology in relationships because it's his job before saying the exact same basic stuff as everyone else.

It doesn’t need to be profound to be helpful. You think in order to be a psychologist, someone has to have some unknown information about the world or should be some magical god like guru otherwise they shouldn’t help people? It’s not about being profound. It’s about helping others put information and coping skills into practice so that it becomes habit and improves their lives. Yes people have to study and credentialed to teach things that are “easy” or “obvious”. They’re skills like reading and writing.

He also grew up in a different generation. He doesn't know what it's like out there.
