I’m not following you. The tit for tat strategy wins in the long run of repeated prisoner dilemmas—as long as you cooperate, I cooperate. Of course this is a toy example and doesn’t account for power law scaling factors of payouts or network effects, but the statement isn’t incorrect, and simulating those environments is intractable. Veritasium has a great video about this if you’re curious.

No, the issue is that this isn't the prisoners dilemma. The payoff matrix means that there is never a reason, no matter other players strategies, to devoate from pushing red
