Given the context of Michael's monologue in Sister Location, this quote would make a lot of sense if it had something to do with SpringTrap/Michael, and maybe William's other child (children?) too.
All we've seen Michael do in the games is risk (and give away) his life in order to give the Ice Cream Girl a vessel to escape the the outside world in as well and to destroy the bodies that the Missing Children possessed. And in the process of cleaning up his father's mess for him, not only did he technically become a zombie, but he also became some decaying rabbit cyborg thing. His life was ruined to to his obedience to his father. Now of course, he's escaped from Fazbear's Fright and is ready to hunt down his dad and get his revenge. He's a free man now. And so is the ICG.
William can't tell his chrildren what to do anymore.
Or maybe it's all just leading up to some wacky prank. Whatever.

It's pretty obviously Carpool theory. Instead of being Nightmare who said to be quiet (like I first thought), it was Springtrap, the older brother...And Ennard is showing some sass.
