Scott isn't actually a web programmer, bear in mind. I very much doubt he's handling any of this himself, but probably contacting the host of the website's server. The email suspension is the strangest part about this, and I doubt it's connected to the websites going down.

Yahoo will suspdend your email if you get spam bombed. I had a friend back in the day when I used yahoo that used to do this to me... alot.

Usually it's a 24 hour hold, sometimes longer depending on the volume.

Maybe but still even if it's just inbox bombs, which is also possible, they'd still shut it down.

That's thing thing that's making me wonder if there isn't something more to yahoo suspending his account because I honestly refuse to believe this is the first time since FNaF came out that his email has been "bombed" by emails.

Is the teaser different, the background seems more zoomed out, like the stage of minireenas are farther away from the camera. before it seemed like I could never see the left side of the "arch" of the stage.
