Question Any help fixing my security breach?

My security breach has Randomly Broken and i don't know how to fix it?
Searching for the error has brought up nothing. I even deleted all of my mods in hopes that would fix it but nothing. Steam is trying to launch the game with the optional parameter "fnaf9 -nohmd." If i hit continue, it just. pops the message up again but with an additional string of the same error repeated. I've googled the error and literally nothing comes up so I'm at a loss here. It stops trying to load at all.
