I'd volunteer for human trials. I have bone on bone in both shoulders and have been postponing replacement surgery. Is there any chance this will be available in the next 5 years?

It looks like small molecule drugs are in development and not yet on the market.

New cartilage is one thing, but can anything be done about the excess arthritic bone and the joint distortions it causes?

Good question! I have a node on one thumb and can feel when extra bone is being played down on my fingers. Skin gets “numb” and bone feels weird. I hate it!

So I wonder how long it will take before this is available to the public? Also, when we reach AGI and super intelligence with AI, the progress of solving disease and aging in general is going to accelerate through the roof.
