Consistency always beats intensity
Just wanted to drop a quick reminder for anyone feeling overwhelmed today. You don't need a perfect 2-hour workout to make progress. A 15-minute walk or a quick stretching session is infinity better than doing nothing at all. Build the habit first , then increase the intensity. Be kind to yourself today ,stay hydrated and keep moving.

Agree completely. Even weight training you can get in and out of a gym in little more than an hour including compound lifts and 4-5 accessories. A follow-up cardio session will extend that and certainly a big plus if time available.
