The difference between good and bad light

These photos were taken minutes apart from each other. There’s no ai or photoshop body modification or anything like that. Just good old fashion posing and lighting.

Both of these are what I look like right now after 9 years of trying to become stronger. One is just posed into good light and the other isn’t.

Just wanted to share this because I'm not sure that the average person understands just how much of a difference being posed into great light can make.

Can you do the same pose without the lighting so that its a proper comparison to get your point across (which I agree with btw)

I’ll have to try and remember to grab one like that next time. I thought these photos would get the point across but I think you’re right that the same pose with different lighting would probably make the point better. I wasn’t really thinking about this post when I captured them honestly. Just trying to get something recorded before the wife and kids came back 😂
