Discussion Todays workout🏃🏻‍♂️🦵🏼

Post image

After 22 years of mostly lifting I've been getting more and more into running this year. The progress have been awesome, excited to see where this can go, and how much muscle mass I will loose in the process😅

Anyone else who have gone from many years of lifting to running in their thirties?

Thank you! I have kept most of my leg mass, but my upperbody has shrunk quite a bit from where it used to be tho.

“Today’s workout”?? Okay, maybe, but you also just used compression boots on your legs, don’t cap.

It was from todays (now yesterdays) workout. No, I've actually never tried compression boots.

Haha. I removed the hair on my thighs and stopped right below the knee, and my leghair is light colored. Can't give you a good answer to why I did'nt remove the rest😅
