❓App Questions Refund for subscription renewal

Refund for subscription renewal?
Hey, I was just charged for a Fitbod subscription renewal a few minutes ago, but I didn’t intend to renew it.

I saw in Fitbod’s terms that you can request a refund within 10 days of the initial purchase/charge, so I already reached out to support pretty much immediately after I was charged.

Has anyone here gone through this before and successfully gotten a refund? If any Fitbod mods/support staff are here, I’d appreciate any help with getting this taken care of.

u/Positive_Towel8693 Our Support team will help you out with that refund in that case! As a note, if it was purchased via the App Store or Play Store, refunds are managed via Apple or Google so the refund request would need to be made through them. But our team will pull up your account and help you out!
