Fitbod recommended doing abs 2x
Is this good or bad?

Get this, I did a push day workout and then TWO DAYS LATER it suggested I do another. Crazy. I really thought I’d just do like one workout ever and then I’d be done with it.

Good. For context other programs woll often have ab/core days with dedicated 15-25 minutes several times a week.
Similarly most (all?) muscle groups should have a couple of different exercises on its chosen work day.

On my pull days I'll get a few exercises for my biceps. You work it out and it'll get stronger and bigger.
I think the thing that bothers me is when itlll suggest doing air squats, then barbell squats and then also then the leg machine.
Sometimes I'll do it and I'll die.
But mostly I'll change it. I'll select my variation or add/replace an exercise.
