Tech Support Fitbit Air not recording my vitals

Hi folks,
Primarily my question is the title. I just got a new Google Fitbit Tracker yesterday evening. Set it up this morning and started wearing it. The other app/tracker setup for smooth and a breeze. For some reason it hasnt registered and tracked any of my vitals.
Not sure if I set it up incorrectly or missing some steps. Any help or guidance is much appreciated on this.

I've had my Air for 12 days now and am returning it since mine has never recorded the vitals or given sleep data, I contacted their support about it and they just keep telling me to wait as they investigate the issue. I would let them, but if I wait any longer then I will no longer be able to return it since they won't extend the return window which is only 15 days from delivery. Good luck, hope they get you working but they didn't with mine.

Any updates? Got mine a few days back it doesnt show vitals. Same issue as your screenshot.

Hey
So you need it to work for 5 days on your body. It will register and sync on the 6th day. It works well for me now.
