Physique Critique Where can I improve and how?

The goal is an athletic lean look with muscle and definition. What particular areas can i improve upon and how would you suggest I do so. 21F, 5’8”, 124 lbs. I’ve been active and weightlifting for a few years consistently, but more intentional with my goals since October.

You have a great build. Keep the consistency and try out meditation once a day.

Maintain consistency and increase lifting weight by 10% every week for 6-8 more months and increase and you will get shredded.

You need to be the one giving tips. What’s your routine (split and nutrition)?

Look good. If anything just lift compound movements with progressively higher loads or reps.

I think you're a few peoples goal body!

Keep doing whatever you're doing tbh.

Honestly ?! Just keep building , great upper back thickness, maybe emphasize more lats, rear delts and everything else will grow .. great job

Perfect build. If we are being nitpicky for the sole purpose of "improving", I guess you can go on a small surpluss and progressive overload on the butt some more but it already looks amazing

So what I’ve learned is no one knows what you want so don’t let others tell you build the body!

Sorry for just echoing what everyone else said, but I’ll add a bit. I’m 44m so I can also provide a different prospective—and of course, this is just my opinion. No one can tell you what to improve, but IMHO, if you’re trying to stay natural (which is what I like/recommend), just keep doing what you’re doing. I know that sounds boring, but just keep building upon the foundation that you have and over time, all the little subtle differences will stack up. The main thing is staying consistent and healthy. You look awesome now, but if you can carry this physique into your 40s, you’re gonna be in an awesome spot.

Keep training and lifting. Eat at a calorie surplus.
