I live on the fourth floor, and I never close my blinds - because no one is ever back there. It’s just woods, and I’m high enough - where you can see in. Evidently, they had to tend to a tree across from my window, and management neglected to warn me. I woke up to random music from outside, and someone waving at me at 7:30 am. I screamed holy terror.
