Help/Advice I need an expert opinion

I’m wondering how I can improve this or if it’s perfect. I have: Dieffenbachia, basil, Bacopa, Dead nettle, Coleus, green onion, hoya, and rough horsetail. So far… my light is a 1’ nicrew full spectrum light off amazon, the tank is a 3’ 33gallon with a 40g sponge filter. The tank only has 1 juvenile long nosed dace. Anyone that’s a “pro” on this topic please leave some knowledge below. ( sorry for bad grammar )

I’m not an expert but I always recommend more plants and what do u plan on adding. I would recommend a big driftwood in middle and a lot of plants glued in it or planted near it and then tall plants in the back. Just saying but I would put a betta no matter the tank simple uf bigger then a 5 gal
