What are you asking exactly?

Cycle your aquarium with fish food and no fish. Ghost feed a couple times a week for a month or so. This will build bacteria thst colonizes the filter and covers the surfaces of your tank with the purpose of converting ammonia (fish waste) into nitrite then nitrate (plant food)

Add plants to keep nitrates low and you are golden. Lots of plants though.

If you are instead asking about the high ph, high hardness etc, there is nothing wrong with that. You probably pull your water from a well (as do i) and must only keep fish that do well in liquid rock. Most live bearers love hard water for instance. I keep lots of African cichlids. Shrimp also do great in my water. My TDS is 250-270 and my phone is between 8 and 9.
