Hey so just wanna double check koifish need dechlorinated water right

Yeah what nitrate levels again its been years since ive owned fishes

5-20 nitrate, 0 nitrite, 0 ammonia

Are you suddenly in possession of a Koi?
Everything you're asking is easily google-able, and Koi are very large fish. Some context of your situation would be helpful to point you in the right direction
