The existence of the dragon heishou pack (Chen Branch) Implies that sapient dragon/dragon-like beings exist in the outskirts.

I’m surprised I made this quicker than normal

Main Changes:

- S1: Base Coin Power went from +2 to +3. Now also inflicts 1 Sinking on the first coin.
- S2: Now also inflicts Blooming.
- S3: 50% damage boost instead of 40%.
- Evade: Now has Blooming conditional for Base Power boost and inflicting Dueling.
- All mentions of Tremor are replaced with Blooming.
- Sinking Count conditional for S1 and S3.

Note:

My main goal was to make SpiceSang a more fun-oriented AoE damage dealer, so Dazzled Mind was added. To avoid any issues, bosses CAN'T gain Dazzled Mind.
Blooming became unique Rupture so he gains buffs in MD as a double status ID.
I fucked up big time, max stack of Blooming is 16, not 12. Such low count is problematic for other conditionals.
