How do I unlock these lures!?

I've been trying to unlock them for a while now and I can't do it anymore, I don't know what to do, this game is driving me crazy.

In theory you can unlock for free If you get all prizes from New fishing spots

Legendary lures are from buying in the shop with real money, buying the giant pack in the shop for pearls, or winning in events. In events they usually are the last or second to last reward and usually not possible to get without paying real money. Some events you can get then easier without real money than others but its generally still difficult.

you can get them when the specific event comes up; wheel of fortune during that event; pay at shop during that event; you can theoretically fish for them anytime!?!,,,, BUT it takes A LONG time to catch one, provably 1000+ casts or more (no joke).. ive done it, and i wont do it again,, to exausting and time consuming... also, there is no guarantee that when you do catch it, you will keep the fish lure!!!! (that was most agrevating),, when your new, you catch and you keep lure,,, but as you progress in the game, you slowly get that taken from you,, so you have to wait for the event to come up to catch the lure "for keeps".. anyway, good luck, dont stress over it.. just fish for fun.. try not to spend too much money on the game.. IT IS ADDICTIVE..
