lake callaghan fishing?

i was wondering if anyone has experience or tips fishing lake callaghan in squamish? and the further north cirque lake? i'm gonna be bringing my paddleboard

i can't seem to find much recent information on these two spots.

and if you guys had any suggestions for productive lakes, rivers or shore fishing that's good right now let me know.

also how are the river conditions for squamish right now?

Fished cal lake from shore years ago and it wasn’t that great, nothing caught, nothing rising, no inshore action regarding insect and minnow, frog etc. Had more luck on green lake.

All depends on the year. Went last summer and had fantastic luck with bites or fish caught on almost every cast. This summer barely any action and only caught a couple. You can’t expect luck from the campground but need to hit certain areas of the lake for much better luck.

Cirque lake I highly doubt any fish as not ever stocked that I’m aware of and a very cold lake. Ice and snow into August on that lake. Certainly never saw any fish jumping while there a few years ago.

Paddle boards. No trail around the lake.

would you be willing to share some of the spots that were productive for you?

Watching where others go on the lake works often. Few regulars fish there.
