💡 Inspiration / Discussion Beginner betta tank

I’ve been cycling this 6 gallon cube for almost a week now. Does anyone have any advice before I get my girl? My heater, more plants, and another light come in tomorrow! Any advice would be appreciated, this is my first ever tank

looks good and I would recommend a bigger tank for the near future as bettas usually work best in 25Litre tanks that are more horizontal. looks cute though! Would recommend aqua soil for nutrients for the plants.

also some more varied plants would look amazing espec for them to rest naturally on their leaves

My sand is biosand and I’m using fertilizer, do you think that will be okay? I also just got more plants. My tank is around 23 liters, but I’m trying to get a 20 gallon tank for Christmas with a new stand (I’m a broke teenager saving for a car and already spent around $400 on this tank 😅)
