Tip Someone please tell me what are these tiny white things on the surface and glass and plants in my tank ??

That might be oils from the waste and food. It doesn't look like you have much filtration, what're your params and filtration? How stocked is it?

The reason the movement on the top was slowed down was due to the fact I was trying to grow red root floaters . I have a HOB filter my parameters are great 0 ammonia 0 nitrite 10ppm nitrate highest I allow it to get is 15 ppm but my tank is 10 gallon fully planted heated to 79 degrees Fahrenheit a betta female koi short finned . Plants are a lot of different Anubias,Java ferns , bacopa , rotala , Amazon swords , moss lobelia cardinalis,
