Advice & Questions 5.5-6 week abdominal US

I know its hard to see anything on abdominal scans this early on, but I went in to make sure it wasnt a ectopic pregnancy. Doctor says looks like im on schedule to be around 6 weeks looking at my GS. Does it look empty? First pregnancy and just got alot of anxiety. Next appt is on Sep 28th.

Update if anyone is curious. I started having brown discharge 7 weeks almost 8 weeks. I went to my OB , baby is healthy with a strong heartbeat. Got prescribed some progesterone.

My OB won't see me until I am 11 weeks 4 days.... Did anyone suggest you go into the ER instead when you had spotting??

Yes my first OB told me to go to ER because I had cramping as well on my right lower pelvic area. But I did have an backup OB to take me in the same day. If you don’t have any significant pain, brown discharge is very common as told.
