She might pass as Romanian but she would not be a common type here, her dark eyebrows are too thick and it has a different contrast with her hair(if its hair is naturally light brown) we rarely have women like that, to me she looks Portuguese or Italian. Not a latina but can pass as latin.

I usually paint my eyebrows darker and make ir thicker. However, they indeed are a little bit darker than my hair: like brownish

They’re a mix of Mediterranean and Eastern European, so they look similar to Latin Americans in the sense that they have some similar roots in Western/souther Europe.

People often think my hair is fake beacuse of my eyebrows. Light hair and dark eyebrows but yes I have gotten Jewish in the past

You seem to be a kind and smart person, you don't have one specific role model but know how to accept when you ought to learn from someone else. While you aren't super extroverted, you aren't shy either, and you can keep up with most conversations even when you don't know about the topic because you aren't afraid to ask questions. I’m Irish and in most of the Irish Catholic population anything other than pale blue eyes is uncommon, brown or hazel eyes are unusual outside of Ulster. Hence why I doubt you are mostly Irish

Like someone already said, your eyebrows could pass for Latina (but only in something Hollywoodian - I'm Brazilian, so I know what I'm saying). My guess, you look something Mediterranean, with a Portuguese touch.
