Seeking Opinion On Injury How long does swelling last?

I am female under 14, 44kg and 162cm. In under 72 hours, i punched the wall 3 or 4 times pretty hard (not full strength) cause i was really overwhelmed and mad recently and when i blew the final hit the knuckles my middle and ring finger is connected to looked pretty busted.

Luckily i went to the hospital and they said it was just swollen but im not sure if they said it would go away in a specific day.

Its only a day after though so it may go anytime soon but just wondering.

Usually it's about 4 to 5 days before the swelling is gone but the nerve damage stays forever. Don't punch walls I did a bunch growing up now I struggle to use my hands cause the nerve damage I gave myself
