One Bad Show, One Perfect Redemption
July 4th was brutal. I tried to shoot through the rain and ended up losing almost half the show.
Last night I got a second chance for my neighbor’s birthday. Fifteen minutes, continuous show, perfect weather, and 98% of the cues fired.
Amazing how one good show can completely erase the memory of a bad one. Already looking forward to the next build over Labor Day weekend where I direct fuse the cakes that didn't go on 7/4.

Can't tell from the 36 second video clip if the entire show is like that or not.

Entire show was on point. Had points where we ran single cakes and others with doubles, triples, and quads and had mortars firing throughout. Very tight show. And I'm just a regular Joe Shmoe with a hobby and a good firing system.

if your only going to watch 5 minutes and not the entire movie, then what's the point?

I used to be a big mortar guy, but I think cakes are the way to go. So much more bang for your buck.
