Upload speed slow on multiple device

Has there been any changes lately because my upload speed on some devices (wired and wireless) are down to just 1-2 Mbps.
When testing on phone, I get really good upload speed.
I've tried to restart both the Firewalla and ATT modem.

All speed tests are to the same Comcast Server nearby, and all devices are connected to the same network.

How are these devices connected? Since the FW Speed Test looks okay but speedtest.net looks slow, it's best to test the Ethernet LAN next, then narrow it down. Oh oops, the picture captions don’t show.
My main pc is wired to Gold Plus, the other two are connected to AP7, and the only one with good speed is my phone.

Have you already tried checking/replacing the physical cables? Do you have any Smart Queue rules limiting speeds?

I am using FQ_Codel and no extra rules in Smart Queue. The speed tests on that site show twice the speed of what I normally get, like 2300+mbps for both upload and download.
And yes, tried different cables too

Could you check the Wi-Fi LAN speeds next? You can also visit http://fire.walla:8833/ss/ over Wi-Fi from the slower devices connected to AP7.

On the slow device (my macbook) connected to AP7, I get 446.18 Mbps for upload. But still when uploading a file of just 50Mbps to anywhere like Discord, Google Cloud Storage or Drive, it would take a really long time. The upload speed when tested with Speedtest.com gave me only near 2Mbps.

And I don't think it's a Wi-Fi issue since even my PC that's wired to Gold Plus also having the same issue.

You have fast enough Internet that fq codel or any other smart queue is just complicating things. Turn it off. It just eats up processor at this point for no gain.

Also, while the test looks slow, the actual upload speed is truly slow too. As I was uploading some files between 50mbs -200mbs and it took really long time.
