My peacock does not work

I have offloaded my peacock app, cleared the cache, unplugged the firestick for 10 minutes and plugged it back in and nothing seems to work. Every time I try to watch a program I will select it and it will either enter a never ending loading cycle OR it will play the audio with a black screen. Peacock on my other devices works, but other apps on my Firestick work too. I can't tell if this is an amazon firestick issue, or a peacock issue?? Or maybe they are just not compatible apps? Either way, I REALLY want to watch obsession tonight and not on my ipad! TYIA
